My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were nice and very clean, equipped with modern decor, but smaller than expected. However, room 410 was disappointingly tiny with a smell of damp and stained curtains. The service was mostly very nice and helpful, though there was a negative encounter with some arrogance. The location was fantastic, near the metro and with great dining options nearby. The dining experience was more than expected, but also expensive. Overall, a decent stay with some drawbacks.
